Need a plumber in Houston tonight?

Three generations of the Delmar family have kept Houston houses dry. Six trucks run the county, a plumber answers every night of the year, and the price is agreed at the kerb before a single tool comes out of the van.

What we do

Plumbing for Houston houses, shops and restaurants

Emergency plumbing

Burst supply lines, failed shut-offs and flooding, any hour of the night.

Water heaters

Tank repair, same-day replacement and tankless conversions with gas line work.

Drains & sewer

Cabling, hydro-jetting and camera inspection on kitchen, main and yard lines.

Slab leaks

Electronic location first, then reroute or spot repair, whichever costs you less.

Gas lines

New runs, leak tests and pressure certificates for city inspection.

Repiping

Galvanised and polybutylene replacement in PEX or copper, house occupied throughout.

Residential

Most of our week is spent inside Houston homes: heaters that quit before a holiday, slab leaks under a bedroom, kitchen lines that back up every Thanksgiving. We work in occupied houses, we lay drop cloths, and we take the debris with us.

Commercial

Restaurants, salons and small retail on the north and west sides. Grease line service runs before opening hours so the kitchen keeps its covers, and we invoice on net terms once an account is set up.

Since 1981

Started with one truck on Ella Boulevard

Ray Delmar bought a used van in 1981 and worked the Heights alone for six years. His sons joined in the nineties, the yard moved twice, and the fleet reached six trucks. The rule he set on day one still runs the company: quote the job at the kerb, and never find new problems once the wall is open.

Every plumber on the payroll holds a Texas licence, arrives in a marked truck, and carries the same rate card. You will meet the same faces year after year, because our crews stay.

Financing on larger jobs

Repipes, sewer replacements and heater swaps can run into the thousands, so we work with an outside lender on instalments. Approval and terms come from the lender, and the dispatcher will quote you the current options before the visit.

Financing is subject to credit approval. We never mark up the loan.

Straight answers

What people ask before they book

Do you charge more at night?

No. The rate card is the same at two in the afternoon and two in the morning. Emergency work costs more only when it needs extra labour or parts, and you approve that figure first.

How fast can somebody get here?

Inside the Loop we usually reach an address within an hour. Katy, Kingwood and Baytown run closer to ninety minutes at night. The dispatcher gives you a window and calls if it slips.

Will the plumber quote before starting?

Always. We price the whole job flat, in writing, before the work begins. If a second fault appears behind the wall, work stops and you get a new figure to approve.

Do you pull permits?

Yes, on water heater replacements, gas lines, repipes and sewer work, as Houston code requires. The permit cost appears as its own line on the quote.

What warranty comes with the work?

One year on our labour, and the manufacturer term on the parts we install. The paperwork goes on the invoice, not into a drawer at the office.

Are your plumbers licensed?

Every plumber on the truck holds a Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners licence, and the company licence number sits in the footer of this page.
